Do i need to disconnect my hot tub before you come to pick it up?

Yes, we recommend that you disconnect your hot tub before we arrive. You should first turn off main power supply and circuit breaker to hot tub and also turn off the heater on the side of the hot tub. If your hot tub has an electric blower then replace the spa cover first before you turn off the circuit breaker. Next turn on the blower and have it running for a minute or two. then use a shop vac to clean the remaining water.

Do i need to empty and drain my hot tub before you arrive?

Yes, we recommend that you disconnect all hoses connected to your hot tub and drain all the water from it.
